All-Inclusive Resorts in Curacao: All Five, Honestly Reviewed (2026)

The quick answer

Curacao has five genuinely all-inclusive resorts: Sandals Royal Curacao (adults-only, Santa Barbara), Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino (all-ages, Piscadera Bay, casino), Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa (adult-oriented, 72 suites, Piscadera Bay), Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino (all-ages, 341 rooms, Mambo Beach side), and Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao, Curio Collection by Hilton (all-ages, the largest of the five). Almost everything else on the island is room-only, apartment, or villa: 44 percent of 2025 stayover visitors chose alternative accommodation, per the Curacao Tourist Board.

Curacao has five all-inclusive resorts. Not fifty, not fifteen. Five. If you are shopping this island the way you would shop Punta Cana, Jamaica, or even Aruba, that number is the most useful thing to know before you open a booking site: the all-inclusive decision here is a choice between five named properties, not a category with dozens of options.

Here they are, all of them, with the honest one-line version of each:

  1. Sandals Royal Curacao, Santa Barbara and Spanish Water. Adults-only, 18 and over, the island's only Sandals, built on the site of the former Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort.
  2. Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, Piscadera Bay. All-ages, on-site casino, and the direct descendant of the original 1967 Curacao Hilton.
  3. Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa, Piscadera Bay. Adult-oriented and genuinely boutique at 72 suites, the former Floris Suite Hotel, next door to Dreams. Adult-oriented rather than strictly adults-only, which matters and we cover below.
  4. Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, the Mambo Beach and Seaquarium side of Willemstad. All-ages and family-friendly, 341 rooms and suites, the value tier of the island's three Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts.
  5. Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the Rif coast just west of Otrobanda. All-ages and by a wide margin the largest of the five, with an aqua park, four pools, and around ten restaurants and bars.

That is the complete list. Anything else marketed on Curacao as all-inclusive is almost certainly a room-only hotel selling an optional meal plan or half board, a different product with a different bill at the end. Two more all-inclusives sit in the 2026 pipeline, covered in our new Curacao resorts guide, but neither has opened or been independently reviewed.

The shortlist

5 hand-picked
Sandals Royal Curacao, on Santa Barbara and Spanish WaterOur pick for couples

Sandals Royal Curacao

Santa Barbara and Spanish Water

The island's only Sandals: adults-only at 18 and over, roughly 350 rooms in 24 categories, on the site of the former Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort.

The most isolated of the five. Dinners happen on property unless you commit to a drive into Willemstad each way.

Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, on Piscadera BayOur pick for families who want a casino on site

Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino

Piscadera Bay

All-ages and beachfront, with an on-site casino, an adults-only Il Mare Preferred Club wing of 52 bungalows, and cross-access to Zoetry next door.

It opened in 1967 as the Curacao Hilton and has been renovated in phases, so room condition varies by wing.

Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa, on Piscadera BayOur pick for a quiet, low-key stay

Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa

Piscadera Bay

Adult-oriented and genuinely boutique at 72 suites, the former Floris Suite Hotel, with access to the Il Mare Beach Club and restaurants at Dreams next door.

Adult-oriented is not adults-only. Hyatt states that children are permitted, so a child-free week is not guaranteed here.

Check dates & prices
Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, on Mambo Beach and SeaquariumOur value pick of the five

Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino

Mambo Beach and Seaquarium

All-ages and family-friendly, 341 rooms and suites, a casino, and roughly 1,500 feet of beachfront in front of the National Underwater Park.

The oldest-feeling of the five. Guest reviews consistently describe the rooms as dated and the service as inconsistent.

Check dates & prices
Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, on Rif coast, west of OtrobandaOur pick for kids and water slides

Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

Rif coast, west of Otrobanda

The largest of the five: 399 rooms plus a 384-room Rif wing, four pools, an aqua park with six slides, and around ten restaurants and bars.

Scale cuts both ways. It never feels intimate, and its beach sits near the harbour approach rather than being a west-coast cove.

Why the list is this short

Curacao never developed a single dominant resort strip the way Aruba did. Its lodging mix skews hard toward villas, apartments, guesthouses, and boutique conversions in restored Willemstad townhouses. In 2025, 44 percent of the island's stayover visitors chose alternative accommodation rather than a resort hotel, according to the Curacao Tourist Board. That is close to half the market, and the share is higher still among Dutch travelers, the island's largest visitor group.

So the short list is not a gap in the island's tourism product. Curacao is a self-catering and boutique destination that happens to have five all-inclusive resorts, not an all-inclusive destination with a few villas on the side. Our where to stay guide covers the room-only and villa side, and our hotel shortlist and best hotels guide span both.

Is it five, or six? The Rif question

One honest complication. Mangrove Beach Corendon has a second wing called The Rif, with 384 rooms and suites of its own, which Hilton and several tour operators list as a separately bookable property. Depending on the site you are reading, you will see Curacao credited with five all-inclusives or six.

We count it as one resort with two wings: one site, one beach, one shared set of facilities. What matters practically is checking which wing your rate covers, since the two are marketed under slightly different names and sold by different operators.

The Piscadera Bay pair, and where Sunscape actually is

Here is the correction we most often make for travelers comparing the three Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts. Dreams Curacao and Zoetry Curacao are genuine neighbours in Piscadera Bay, close enough that Zoetry guests reach the beach at Dreams by a short golf cart ride and have full access to the larger resort next door. Sunscape Curacao is not part of that pair. It sits on the other side of Willemstad entirely, on the Mambo Beach and Seaquarium strip, in front of the National Underwater Park, and it came to the brand as the former Princess Beach resort. Dreams is the one that traces back to the 1967 Curacao Hilton.

That matters because the three are constantly presented as interchangeable siblings. Two share a bay and facilities; the third sits on a different coast, roughly a 20 to 30 minute drive away.

How to choose between them. The real split is not adults-only versus family, because none of the three bars children outright:

  • Dreams if you want the mainstream all-inclusive experience with a casino on site and children welcome, plus the option of the adults-only Il Mare Preferred Club section, a 52-bungalow wing with its own infinity pool and restaurant.
  • Zoetry if quiet is the point. At 72 suites it is a fraction of the size of the others, and adult-oriented throughout, though not strictly child-free.
  • Sunscape if value and family logistics matter more than polish, and if being walkable to the Mambo Beach boardwalk, the Seaquarium, and the Dolphin Academy appeals more than a secluded bay.

Sandals Royal Curacao

Adults-only at 18 and over, roughly 350 rooms across 24 room categories, opened in 2022 on the Santa Barbara Estate beside Spanish Water. The site was previously the Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort, which suspended operations in 2020 before Sandals took it over. It is a full Sandals product: beachfront, multiple specialty restaurants, and the couples-only positioning the brand is built on. If you want a Curacao honeymoon that never requires a decision, this is the one. Our Curacao honeymoon guide, adults-only guide, and Sandals Royal Curacao review go deeper.

The honest caveat: it is the most isolated of the five. Santa Barbara sits further from Willemstad than any of the other four, which in practice means your dinners happen on property unless you commit to a drive each way. On an island whose restaurant scene is a real reason to visit, that is a genuine cost.

Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino

All-ages, beachfront on Piscadera Bay, with an on-site casino and cross-access to Zoetry next door. Under Hyatt Inclusive Collection branding today, it opened in 1967 as the Curacao Hilton and has cycled through several names and owners since. Full write-up in our Dreams Curacao review.

The honest caveat: a building with that much history has been renovated in phases, and room condition varies by wing. The newest accommodation on site is the Il Mare bungalow section; older categories are older, and the rate gap between them usually tells you something real.

Plan My Curacao Trip

Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa

Adult-oriented, 72 suites, Piscadera Bay, the former Floris Suite Hotel. That name is retired, so if you are reading an old review of the Floris, you are reading about this property. It is the quietest and most boutique of the five. It is also not directly on a beach: guests get exclusive access to the private beach at the Il Mare Beach Club inside Dreams, a short golf cart ride away, along with the restaurants next door. That is a beach club arrangement rather than a long stretch of sand outside your suite, which the marketing photography does not always make clear. Detail in our Zoetry Curacao review.

The honest caveat: adult-oriented is not the same as adults-only. Hyatt's own property page states that children are permitted here, so if a genuinely child-free week is the reason you are booking, this does not guarantee one, and it is worth confirming the policy in writing before you pay. Sandals Royal Curacao is the only one of the five that enforces 18 and over across the whole property.

Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino

All-ages and family-friendly, 341 rooms and suites, a casino, and roughly 1,500 feet of beachfront directly in front of the National Underwater Park, with the Mambo Beach boardwalk and the Seaquarium next door. Snorkeling straight off the resort beach is the genuine draw. The longer version is in our Sunscape Curacao review, and our family guide covers how it fits a trip with children.

The honest caveat: it is the oldest-feeling of the five. Guest reviews consistently describe the rooms as dated and the service as inconsistent, a pattern stable enough across recent reviews that it is not bad luck. It is priced as the value option of the three, and the trade-off is what you would expect.

Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao, Curio Collection by Hilton

All-ages, on a sandy beach on the Rif coast just west of Otrobanda, with the Curacao Rif Mangrove Park alongside it. Hilton's own announcement put the original resort at 399 guest rooms, and The Rif wing adds another 384, which makes this comfortably the largest resort operation of the five by room count. Facilities match the scale: four pools, an aqua park with six water slides, and around ten restaurants, bars, and lounges, all under Curio Collection by Hilton.

The honest caveat: big is the whole point and also the whole problem. With that many rooms on one site, the aqua park, the buffet, and the popular restaurants get busy, and it never feels intimate. Its beach also sits near the harbour approach rather than being one of the island's west-coast coves, so if postcard sand is the priority, plan day trips to the beaches.

Is all-inclusive even the right call on Curacao?

Most all-inclusive roundups will not ask this. On a destination where the resort is the entire holiday, all-inclusive is close to unbeatable value and a real reduction in decision fatigue. Curacao is not quite that destination. It has an unusually strong independent restaurant scene, and a UNESCO-listed historic capital you can walk in the evening rather than drive to. Locking your food and drink budget into one property means paying for meals you then choose not to eat, every night you would rather be in Pietermaai. Our dining guide and Curacao food guide measure what you would be trading away.

All-inclusive still wins for specific trips: families who want kids fed and entertained without a daily negotiation, couples who want a sealed-off week, first-timers who want one number and one confirmation, and anyone who does not want to rent a car. It loses for travelers who came for the island rather than for a resort.

Our Curacao vacation cost guide breaks down what a week runs, and our packages versus booking direct guide covers when a bundle beats booking the pieces yourself. Package operators sell resort hotel inventory almost exclusively, which is another reason the list is short: they are selling from these same five properties.

The honest bottom line

Five resorts, and they split cleanly enough. Sandals Royal Curacao is the only strictly adults-only one, 18 and over, in the full couples-resort format. Zoetry Curacao is the quiet, adult-oriented boutique, with children permitted. Then the family end: Dreams Curacao for mainstream plus a casino, Sunscape Curacao for value and easy snorkeling, Mangrove Beach Corendon for water slides and scale.

If none of the five reads like your trip, that is useful rather than a dead end: it means Curacao wants to sell you a villa, an apartment, or a boutique room in Pietermaai instead, which is what nearly half its visitors already choose. Frequently Asked Questions

How many all-inclusive resorts does Curacao have?

Five: Sandals Royal Curacao, Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa, Sunscape Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino, and Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao, Curio Collection by Hilton. That is far fewer than Aruba, Jamaica, or the Dominican Republic, because most Curacao lodging is room-only, apartment, or villa.

Is Sandals Royal Curacao the only adults-only all-inclusive on Curacao?

Effectively yes. Sandals Royal Curacao is the only one of the five that enforces 18 and over across the entire property, in a couples-only format. Zoetry Curacao is marketed as adult-oriented, but Hyatt's own property page states that children are permitted, so it is not a guaranteed child-free stay. Dreams Curacao is all-ages with an adults-only section, the 52-bungalow Il Mare Preferred Club.

What is the difference between Dreams, Zoetry, and Sunscape Curacao?

All three sit under Hyatt Inclusive Collection, but they are not interchangeable. Dreams and Zoetry are neighbours in Piscadera Bay and share facilities: Dreams is the all-ages one with a casino, Zoetry is the adult-oriented boutique at 72 suites, where children are still permitted. Sunscape is a separate resort on the other side of Willemstad, on the Mambo Beach and Seaquarium strip, positioned as the value and family option with 341 rooms.

Is Curacao a good island for an all-inclusive vacation?

It can be, but it is not the island's strength. Curacao has a strong independent restaurant scene and a walkable UNESCO-listed capital, so an all-inclusive plan means paying for meals you may not want to eat. All-inclusive works best here for families, couples who want a sealed-off week, and travelers who would rather not rent a car.

What was the Floris Suite Hotel?

It is now Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa, the adult-oriented 72-suite property in Piscadera Bay. The Floris Suite Hotel name is retired, so older reviews under that name describe the same building and site.

What is the biggest all-inclusive resort on Curacao?

Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao, Curio Collection by Hilton. Hilton's own announcement put the original resort at 399 guest rooms, and its second wing, The Rif, adds 384 more, which puts it well ahead of Sandals Royal Curacao at roughly 350 rooms and Sunscape at 341.
